We offer full refunds of pool packages if requested within 14 days of purchase, and only if a pool delivery has not been scheduled

We do not accept returns once a pool install has been scheduled. 

We do not accept returns once a pool has been installed. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on DIY Kits.

We offer full refunds on accessories if requested before the shipment has been made. Refunds requested after delivery of accessories are determined on a case by case basis.

Product & accessory shipping (items other than pool packages and heater systems) generally takes 2-3 days post purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery may take longer, depending on the distance of your home address from Austin, Texas.
